When leaders or users face an opportunity to implement new technologies to improve their organizations, they often cannot imagine the impact of the change. This capstone seeks to create an immersive exercise to demonstrate the value proposition of robotics process automation (RPA) and learn to what extent, if any, such an immersive experience influences stakeholder perception of RPA. The capstone will allow stakeholders to experience a process in both full manual and RPA automated mode. Through a side-by-side comparison, stakeholders can communicate their prior understanding and post-exercise impressions of the technology and its potential value to an organization.
