Description:

There is much discussion and hype surrounding intelligent automation currently. It would be incredibly informative to understand the types and amount of academic research that has been conducted on intelligent automation and the key learnings from that research. Potential activities to address MITRE’s need include:
• Conduct a survey of academic literature for Intelligent Automation
• Identify Intelligent Automation use cases
• Identify considerations for successful IA implementations
• Document Intelligent Automation planning, implementation, and sustainment leading practices and lessons learned
This project will provide MITRE with academic backed research to validate or moderate current industry claims about the widespread use and advantages of Intelligent Automation.
