The purpose of this project is to identify top 10 best practices and to develop and deploy a playbook and an implementation roadmap to support effective and efficient methods of training and leveraging citizen scientists to identify and solve complex problem of reducing costs while ensuring high quality of services. We will produce products that could be readily deployed by both individuals and organizations in the health and social benefits delivery sectors in the United States. The is to ensure citizens have readily usable tools for ensuring sustainable implementation of exemplary customer service by public and private organizations.

Details: The project will be designed as a Capstone project with bi-weekly presentations by students on their findings and culminating in usable products that can be readily deployed. Hence, being able to enjoy working as part of a small team (2-4 students) with diverse perspectives is key to the success of this project.
