Overview

Social listening is the process of tracking mentions of certain words, phrases, or complex queries across social media and the web, followed by an analysis of the data.
Mis/disinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine can increase vaccine hesitancy among vulnerable populations. But how do you tap into mis/disinformation spreading online, and what can you do about it?
